Cancellation  Policy

At Changement Psychology, we value your time and the time of others who may need appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours may incur the full session fee.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full, except in emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

• This policy applies to all clients, including Medicare, TAC, and WorkSafe referrals.

 

We understand that unexpected events happen — if you experience illness, injury, or another unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible.
